Here are details on how to book Heart to Heart Photography for your Special day or Portrait.

Wedding Bookings
A booking fee of £150 is due at the signing of the contract. This is deductible from the package price with the balance due 21 days prior to date of the wedding. Failure to pay balance by due date; will be taken as an indication of the cancellation of the booking, with loss of booking fee.(see section 1 below) If you require your album posted to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please add £20 per album for insured postage and packing. But normally albums are delivered by hand by prior appointment.
1) Upon signature, photographers from 'Heart to Heart Photography' will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For this reason all booking fees are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason.
2) It has to be understood that whilst the photographers of Heart to Heart Photography are working with the bride and groom, that other photographers amateur or professional will not be allowed to obstruct or interfere with staff of Heart to Heart Photography.
3) Once an agreement is signed, this constitutes an order for any photographs/digital images/prints/albums/photo books/cd-rom.
4) It is understood that all images remain the copyright of 'Heart to Heart Photography' and that may be used for advertising or display purposes.
5) Tax Charges We are not registered for VAT purposes at present, therefore we do not levy VAT on our products.
Event photography
To book heart to Heart Photography for an event you are having please Phone or email (see contact on the top line)with details of:-

Event Photography.
This is normally £150.00 * and Heart to Heart Photography will attend yor event usually for around 3 hours. This will include images of guests arriving the entertainment along with shots of couples and groups.
* if it a smaller event ie christening which lasts an hour the cost would be £60.00.
Portrait Bookings
The cost of a portrait booking is £60.00 which must be paid prior to the shoot. this is non-refundable.
